Cancelation Policy

At any time prior to the start of the combined trip, the traveler may cancel the trip and, in that case, the cancelation policy and applicable cancelation fees for customers who wish to cancel their trip voluntarily will be:

  • If the cancelation occurs SIXTY (60) or more days prior to the departure date of the trip, the amount corresponding to the deposit paid will be deducted as a penalty.
  • If the cancelation occurs FIFTY-NINE (59) or less days before the departure date of the trip, SEVENTY-FIVE PERCENT (75%) of the total amount of the trip will be deducted as a penalty.

Travel Insurance

Purchasing travel insurance is strongly recommended due to the vendor's strict cancelation policies. This is to confirm that you are aware of the cancelation penalties as described above on this page, and that travel insurance is available for purchase to protect against cancelation penalties due to unforeseen cancelation reasons.

Deposit Requirements

Deposit is due at time of booking and is equal to 60% of your total. Remaining 40% is due in full by August 25, 2023.

For example: 2 Adults occupying 1 room, flying roundtrip from Miami with no flight upgrades or excursion add-ons - $1,599 X 2 Adults = $3,198 Total.      Deposit of 60% = $1,918.80, Remaining Balance of 40% = 1,279.20.

It is the traveler's responsibility to determine the correct deposit amount. The deposit will be processed for the minimum amount required to secure the booking unless otherwise indicated by the traveler. Please contact your travel agent if you have any questions or to verify an exact amount.
